Refunds and Cancellation Policy

We at are bound by the refund policies of the Development Company of the content you have purchased, through us.

However, our effort will be to offer you a refund for unused elearning courses or unused Psychometric Tests, if you choose to cancel the order you made within 30 days of placing the order with us. In the event of payments received against ILT Courses (Public or Company ordered) full refunds shall be made if your nomination or the Company ordered Training date is preceded by the cancellation request from the authorized person at least 15 days prior to the event date. No refunds can be made for requests made later or for ‘No shows’.

Should you prefer, for ILT programs we can however try to roll over the nomination to the next program date if informed at least 7 days in advance of the event. We will specifically write to you confirming this solution within 7 days of your request.

Wherein the cancellation request qualifies for refund, there will be a 30% deduction on the total and original value of the cancelled product or service. This deduction will help defray the costs incurred in advance e.g. communication, training material, venue booking etc.

In the event of a cancellation request due to non delivery of your ordered items within 90 days of your order, you are requested to provide us an opportunity to correct the situation within 15 days of your notifying us. In the event that we are unable to have the product delivered to you within this period of 15 days, will be obligated to refund the entire value of your order, with our apologies.
