This interactive leadership workshop is an intensive two day program designed to provide participants with an understanding of leadership and a handful of practical tools they can take back and immediately implement. The course covers essential elements such as, difference between leadership and management, leadership styles, situational leadership and a practical orientation of leadership theories etc.

Through self-assessment, group discussions and case-in-point workshop, the program explores how leadership affects both individual and organization.
