Q. I notice that you offer eCoaching/eMentoring/Virtual Classroom sessions. How are these formats run? Are they effective?

A: Yes, we are an innovative L&D Company with the goal to cater to learners at any location in the world! We use high end technology platforms to connect with you (Audio –Visual) wherever you are and include you with participants from various locations for eClassroom/eCoaching/eMentoring sessions. The sessions are led by our leading faculty members LIVE!

The tools we use allow you to be collaborate with other participants as well. The participants report satisfaction with the overall experience and learning transfer.


Q. Do you deliver classroom training as well?

A: Yes, of course! We are happy to conduct classroom sessions on your Company or Institute premises, subject to a min. of 10 participants.


Q. How do I place an order on your portal?

A: All you need to do is to browse our Store for e learning courses, Course Material, Assessments or Workshops that suit your interest. You can choose a Product by using the ‘add to cart’ button. You can then check out for making payments vide a wide range of payment options provided for your convenience. Of course, you will need to register prior to making the payment so that we have your contact address details for providing content access to you as also for offering you the support that you may need.

Q. How do I check the status of my order?

A: To view the status of orders you have placed, sign in to your Account. If you do not see a clear status on your order, please call us at +91-124-4232842 or write to us at contact@trainin.in.


Q. I am happy to buy your products as an individual for the various solutions you offer. What will happen if I am not satisfied?

A: Our goal is to improve your Skills to insure your Professional success. At the end of the engagement, if you feel that you have not benefitted, we will offer your fees back to you! Please refer to our Policy on Refunds and Cancellations for details.


Q. How can I request a refund?

A: Please contact us by email or dial +91-124-4232842 to request a refund for the respective Product or Service that you have not been satisfied with. The refunds will be subject to our *Refunds and Cancellation Policy. Please provide us with a maximum period of 30 days to make the refund to you.

A: Yes, we do!

Q. What TNA processes do you follow?

A: Our Consultant-Trainers can engage with you to understand your Learning needs first. We then analyze your needs in context to the roles, values, culture and skills you are trying to imbibe. The outcome will usually be a holistic proposal and you will be able to choose which actions you would like to go for first!


Q. What kind of Assessments and Learning Programs/Products do you specialize in?

A: We specialize in offering the know how based on improving your ‘Life Skills’. The Assessments and Learning programs can be offered as eLearning courses, ILT programs, Blended programs for individuals, teams or the entire organization!


Q. Can I renew my subscription through your service?

A: Of course! We will send your reminders in advance to the expiry of your existing e learning courses subscriptions. The reminders will explain the process to enable renewals and the offers we will have in store for you. Should you prefer, we can also call you and take you through the various options that you have.


Q. How can I place a bulk order on your site?

A: You can make purchases in bulk on the site. If you would prefer to contact us, please do so by calling or writing to us using the ‘contact us’ section. We will then work out a plan that meets your needs.
